Rules Ill state it again if you want testing unlock everything on the dev server and let us use it right away rather than having to do any grinding, its counter productive, its clear the testing doesnt help them as every patch is broken and the issue are rarely fixed till the next patch or later, did i mention the 2A4 only just got a turret ring. Then think about this, the new premium jets will be bought by noobs and then they will get clubbed by people with 1000s of hours who are in faster air craft. I was fighting an F100 in a CL13 and i couldnt even get near him, not even close unless he lets me get close to him there nothing you can do, nothing, you are a sitting duck and on the defensive from the start, you will only win if he makes a huge mistake, its broken, they should have added in 15-20 supersonic jets and made a new tier starting at 10.3. Ok if they want you to play and break stuff have it all unlocked on the dev server so we can test a break everything without having to grind it. Sure the tier VI jets have speed and climb for now, but the missiles aren't killing everything easily (though I managed to get a lock-on to my friend in an I-16 and erased it, which was great). A dive toward the ground or a sharp turn will snap it off your tail, no issue. LolĪs someone who has been in the dev server most of the day, I can say that currently it is easy to break missile locks, even in jets with no countermeasures. Of course you don't keep all progress when researching is 5x faster and 5x cheaper. It's not a waste, the entire point of the dev server is to play around, use stuff, break stuff, and help with bug/error reporting. This is the point where I say, anyone have a spare Primordial Saronite? Therefor, it would take me roughly 12-13 weeks (3 months or so) just to save up enough Emblems for all the Saronite. This rich and informative data behind this analysis is available below. As institutions expected to be assisting countries in meeting global public goods, our analysis provides clear evidence that significant reform is needed in such institutions, now. Not only is there significant economic incentive now for vaccine production on the continent, it will avoid the effects of hoarding, while securing future access to new innovations, such as mRNA vaccines, that is efficient and sustainable and tackles future health inequities.Īnd finally, as we write this, the IMF and World Bank Spring meetings are getting started. Whatever the decision, a key lesson is also in relation to local manufacturing. While stringent lockdowns have their own challenges, our analysis suggests that African countries cannot rely on vaccines only – they will need to continue to have some types of social distancing measures in place for the long-term. In North America, highest supply in March 2021 dwarfed Africa’s highest total by almost 100 million doses.įor African countries, these inequities in vaccine availability create a dangerous context, especially with global public health measures waning and new COVID-19 waves expected to emerge. For example, over 50% of Europe’s vaccine doses were received in summer 2021. For other regions, the highest levels of vaccine delivery were met much earlier and sustained throughout the year. Supply of vaccines across African countries has been sporadic, with the majority of doses received towards the end of 2021. Simultaneously they have also gained from the popularity of these vaccines around the world – for example, Pfizer and AstraZeneca account for over 50% of Oceania’s vaccine supply.Īnother significant marker for Africa is vaccine delivery. ![]() These regions have benefitted from their own vaccine spending on North American and European produced vaccines such as Pfizer and Moderna. This is similarly true for North America and Europe. This means that of the 134 billion USD spent on vaccine procurement in Asia, over 50% was spent within the Asian continent, with concomitant benefits in terms of revenues and jobs. Meanwhile, African countries are dependent on others for the procurement of a very wide variety of vaccines. In contrast, Asian countries overwhelming rely on Asian-produced vaccines such as Sinovac and Sinopharm – which together make up more than 50% of Asia’s vaccine supply. For example, only three African countries – Kenya, Egypt and Tunisia – are represented in the top 20 countries that received vaccination donations – and all are middle-income. However, African countries also represent a small percentage of global vaccine donations. ![]() Considering many African countries are low-income countries it is reasonable to assume expenditure would be less than continents with a higher number of middle and high-income countries. However, in vaccine expenditure, African countries represent only 5% of the global total spent on vaccine procurement. The low doses are not for trying! Vaccine campaigns have been launched and are working – 67% of vaccine supplies on the continent have been used already. With such few doses, even with younger populations than some other regions, a vaccine-led COVID-19 management strategy is highly risky. In sharp contrast, African countries have acquired just 0.5 vaccines per person. Hoarding in some regions is clearly happening. In terms of population, Asian countries as a group have acquired 2 vaccines per person, North America 3 vaccines per person, and Europe 4.1 vaccines per person. However, African countries account for only 5% of these doses, whilst the majority have been acquired by Asia, Europe and North America. Since the beginning of the pandemic, there have been 12.7 billion vaccines acquired globally. ![]() Is it realistic for African countries to focus on vaccine-led management strategies? This question is what this month’s infographic tries to answer. However, vaccine supply for African countries has been very slow. Our infographics have continually demonstrated the continued efforts of African governments to vaccinate their populations. As COVID-19 social distancing interventions continue to be relaxed in many countries in favour of vaccine-led strategies, while new variants of COVID-19 continue to emerge, the way forward for global COVID-19 management seems very unclear. ![]() ![]() ![]() By closing the file, the reserved memory is properly returned. I have immune responses to gluten, so that’s a no for me. There are no bad food, except the gods that we don’t handle well. But even if I want to eat something truly high calorie (like last night I had tater tots, fried fish, and roasted asparagus), I can usually fit that in by eating something lower calorie at another meal.Ĭarbs aren’t bad. I can usually adapt my recipes and favorite foods to be lower calorie by reducing some of the higher fat ingredients and adding more vegetables to them. Burrito bowls, stuffed bell peppers, roasted vegetables with chicken thighs and a roll, salmon with salad, potato soup with bacon, and steak with baked potato and broccoli are examples of meals I enjoy that can fit into a calorie deficit. I usually just try to have a tasty vegetable side with my meals to fill them out and be more nutrient dense, but there is no reason that you can't eat a fatty cut of meat and a carb source with those vegetables. You also don't need to eat bland food or eat breakfast to lose weight. Like usually rice, bread, rolls, potatoes, or pasta as an element in my meals. I guess I've started to feel similarly about alcohol. I'm not used to it anymore and it feels weird and I rarely even feel like having any. I didn't drink soda at all for like 5 years and nowadays i don't really want it, if someone has bough soda for a party I usually have enough to cover the bottom of a cup so that's a sip or two and if I'm feeling very rebellious, I drink half a cup. My friends know I don't want to drink that much so they don't reserve me drinks and we always have alcohol free options just in case someone prefers juice or soda.Īnd I think the less you drink the less you want to. I've also started to be more picky about my drinks, I'd rather have one good quality drink than many cheaper ones that I like less. I think alternative fun activities are the reason all of us drink less than before. We usually play board games but for example today we went ice skating. Now obviously the clubs have been closed and my friend group has started doing other activities. We used to go clubbing at least once a week and drink at least 6 drinks each time we went. Okay so my eating habits aren't the healthiest, but I used to be a big social drinker. Take it slow, be mindful, don't be rough with yourself. There is no secret recipe to change your eating habits. I know it's more expensive, but I think that's the price I have to pay for binging. I cannot have chocolate without wanting the whole bar. Tests new ingredients (if budget allows). I don't believe that eating chicken + rice + broccoli all week is ok. Eggs replaced with egg white if possible and so on). Also trying to limit how much I bake and maybe do some changes there when I can (less sugar replaced with sugar with 0 cal. But i realized that I love crunchy and starchy carbs. If I move to another state after purchasing a policy, will I still have guaranty association coverage? If so, who will provide it? For more information about coverage, see the questions below or contact the guaranty association or state insurance department. Limits on benefits and coverage are established by state law. Life and health insurance guaranty associations cover individual policyholders and their beneficiaries typically, persons protected by certificates of insurance issued under policies of group life or group health insurance are also covered. All 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico have life and health insurance guaranty associations. If a member company becomes insolvent, money to continue coverage and pay claims is obtained through assessments of the guaranty association's other member insurance companies writing the same line or lines of insurance as the insolvent company. All insurance companies (with limited exceptions) licensed to write life and health insurance or annuities in New Jersey are required, as a condition of doing business in the state, to be members of the guaranty association. The New Jersey Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association was created by the New Jersey legislature in 1992 (with an effective date of January 1, 1991) to protect state residents who are policyholders and beneficiaries of policies issued by an insolvent insurance company, up to specified limits. What is the New Jersey Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association? In light of the potential for changes in the law and the dramatic variations in policy language, the association cannot make statements regarding coverage of a specific policy unless it is a policy with a company for which the association has been activated to provide protection. In any case, policyholders should continue making premium payments to keep their coverage in force.Ĭoverage is determined by New Jersey law and policy language at the time the guaranty association is activated to provide protection (when the member insurer is found to be insolvent and ordered liquidated by a court). It may do this directly, or, most often, it may transfer the policy to another insurance company. In most cases, a guaranty association will continue coverage as long as premiums are paid or cash value exists.
